Inventory due listing all artworks to be sold. Upon admission you will be provided with inventory documents. Complete the Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet Inventory Template following our instructions and email back on or before Saturday April 4th, 2026.

Set-up: Artists are assigned a space to exhibit their work                            

 

9:15 - 10:00am

Group Meeting: Sale day instructions, Artist introductions, Artists sign up for show day duties 

 

10:00 - 4:00pm

Exhibition and Sale 

 

4:00 - 4:30pm 

Take down and Clean up
